Measures to eliminate nozzle defects:
(1) Measures for the deflection head: (1) select a thinner saw blade to reduce the sawing resistance; (2) change the saw blade frequently; (3) appropriately reduce the sawing cylinder pressure to reduce the sawing speed; (4) switch to a saw blade with a larger number of teeth.
(2) Measures for wiping the head: (1) adjust the accuracy of the saw; (2) adjust the lifting time, loosening time and cutting time
(3) Measures for the beveled head: (1) adjust the operating parameters of the saw machine, such as the first acceleration, the first deceleration and the synchronous adjustment time; (2) check the accuracy of the spindle of the saw machine and the accuracy of the drive mechanical fit; (3) check the flatness of the saw blade
(4) Measures to solve the blockage of the nozzle: change the saw blade frequently on the measures for handling the beveled head.
